Paradise Road

This development of new offices in Paradise Road will replace an existing 1970’s structure which currently occupies the site. The design of the new offices seeks to set a benchmark for the quality and environmental credentials of commercial office buildings throughout Richmond.

The building is set in a conservation area and in close vicinity to several buildings of historical interest. The designs are sympathetic to the context of the area and will use a mix of brick and glass.

The scheme has been designed to BREEAM 'Excellent' standard, incorporating passive design features as well as an air source heat pump, photo voltaics and solar thermal panels.
