Regent House
bpr architects redesigned the external areas, reception, and four upper floors of this existing office building in the suburbs of Brentwood, Essex.
The external works were extended to allow for a new seating area outside of the footprint of the building, and make the pedestrian key to the immediate surroundings of the building, segregating the proximity of the large car park from the immediate entrance of the building.
The reception area was extended to accommodate a new reception desk, building manager’s office and café kiosk and associated seating area with immediate access to the new external landscaping.
Upper floors were stripped out, providing large fully accessible, open plan, flexible office space.
