Holloway Road

We undertook a feasibility study for Network Rail, which demonstrated that sites close to Holloway Road Station could accommodate a high-density residential development.

We examined how Network Rail could identify the maximum value that could be achieved for the site by assessing the development potential against associated risks.

We also played a key role in the interview panel to ensure that Network Rail selected the best development partner for the site.
