Oldfield Road
The project involves the redevelopment of a site that previously housed offices. The concept of a traditional mews development is adapted to a commercial site wherein eight freehold and eleven long-lease office units are developed around a central courtyard.
Architecturally, the building responds to the surrounding residential built environment in brickwork with modern glazed elevations dramatically that open the individual office unit to the courtyard on the inside.
