This mixed use development is situated in the heart of Westminster comprising nine apartments above a ground floor commercial unit.

Each apartment has access to an individual terrace or balcony, which overlooks a waterway that runs past the rear of the site, making the most of southern light and the scenic waterfront.

The new homes which are being designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Standards incorporate photovoltaics to generate part of the buildings energy requirements.

Materials will include zinc and render in context with surrounding buildings and will maximise the potential footprint of the site for the client.
