TA Centre, Hayes Bridge

The demolition of an obsolete TA Centre at Hayes Bridge made way for a new, TA training and recruitment centre for Territorial Army volunteers and cadet unit.

The new centre was designed to accommodate the TA’s specialist requirements. Its location by the Grand Union Canal and the preserved Lombardy Poplars on two sides of the site required a sensitive design and a self-sufficient building.
