We are a dynamic and committed team of architects and technologists. Our enthusiasm for good design is the driving force behind the success and quality of our projects.
Through our Employee Ownership structure, we support each other to ensure that we maintain the expertise to delivery high quality information at every stage and share the benefits of working closely together. We are all involved in planning the future of the practice and participate in strategic business decisions.
All staff are offered the opportunity to take a lead on projects that are appropriate to their level of training and qualification.

BPR Architects are a part of the community that we work for. We support and encourage young people into the world of architecture and the built environment through our following activities:

- Wandsworth's GCSE student work placement programme
- RIBA Mentor scheme
- RIBA Future Architects Pledge
- Participation in Middlesex Universities' student led design for a showcase pavilion
- Visiting tutor at Birmingham University school of Architecture
