We are excited to announce that our design proposals for Maidstone East Station, developed in conjunction with AECOM and Osborne for Network Rail under the National Stations Improvement Programme (NSIP), has been awarded planning approval by Kent County Council.
The proposed scheme incorporates the refurbishment of the existing station building; a new extension to the station building and an enhanced public plaza outside the station. The proposed design will dramatically improve the passenger experience, creating a welcoming and more accessible entrance into Maidstone for the passengers using the station.
