We have successfully lodged a planning application for our new station entrance in Lea Bridge.
The proposal aims to secure Waltham Forest’s vision for a ‘Station Place’ at the heart of a new residential-led development that will take place on three council-owned sites adjacent to the existing station. With its generous area of public realm and new landmark station building, the proposal will help create a new local centre in the area.
BPR Architects have supported our client, project managers Schofield Lothian, to prepare a GRIP 4 Stage design for a new station entrance in Lea Bridge. This was prepared for Waltham Forest Council and Network Rail / Greater Anglia with a view to securing a Basic Asset Protection Agreement from Network Rail and Full Planning Permission from Waltham Forest.
