The driver for design was to create a hatchery for innovation, skills, and enterprise, open to serve local people, businesses, UEL students and graduates alike, with sustainability at the core of the culture.
Through reforming existing spaces, reusing materials arising from the demolition throughout the design, and recycling and upcycling furniture, the project embodies sustainable practices while creating a hub of excellence for students and businesses to showcase their talents.
