Significant consultation with Leeds City Council planning department
and Network Rail planners has been carried out to ensure the proposals are in keeping with the style of the exitsing building.
The windows have been replaced with new throughout,
which match the existing frame profiles,
but provide enhanced thermal performance.
High quality internal finishes will be provided throughout,
which meet Network Rail’s corporate office standard and will provide the opportunity for high-end office tenancies.
