ENFIELD STATION MASTERPLAN

Enfield Station is a terminus station on TfL London Overground located in North London. The station is situated on the corner of a main road, near Enfield town centre. We collaborated with LCR to create a high level masterplan and capacity study for an opportunity area located around the station, on behalf of The London Borough of Enfield. Our design proposed clear justification for future co-ordination of different stakeholders and land ownerships to make the best use of an important landmark location

Building on our ‘Station Place Concept’, we considered community and local infrastructure benefits to develop a series of options that maximised the development potential for new residential accommodation whilst providing a high quality public realm and new station facilities to support future capacity demands for this busy sub-urban station.
