Joseph Ray Road

BPR were invited to prepare feasibility designs for a new mixed use masterplan at a site in Leytonstone, neighbouring a railway viaduct to the South and residential to the North. The existing site is currently divided into a number of demises for warehouses, including those located within the railway arches of the viaduct.

The proposal seeks to integrate residential, office, retail, and industrial uses onto the same site to provide a high density mixed use development.

Massing studies were carried out, which led to similar feasibility studies being carried out for the client at three other sites in the area.
