MACMILLAN HOUSE, PADDINGTON

The refurbishment of the MacMillan House, Grade I Listed building, originally designed by IK Brunel, built circa 1854 for the Great Western Railway. The building, attached to the back of the platform, forms an integral part of the Paddington Station complex, previously serving as railway office accommodation.

After being vacant for many years, the building has been brought back to life and now serves as high quality serviced office accommodation. The new offices provide serviced units that are managed by the Office Group under the joint venture with Network Rail. High quality detailing was required to respond to both - the Listed building and The Office Group requirements.
Office space is fitted out to Cat B standards, available in a variety of sizes and supported by The Office Group’s unique ‘club’ environment.

The high quality refurbishment of this Victorian building honors its original character.
