MAURITIUS CAMPUS

BPR Architects led the Mauritius Campus Masterplan, a 2.5 hectare campus development which provides state of the art facilities for Middlesex University in the Medine Smart City in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The design needed to be evocative of the high quality teaching facilities Middlesex University provide in the UK. The scheme includes cutting-edge IT laboratories, seminar rooms, lecture theatres, cafés, learning and resource centre as well as extensive student study and leisure areas.

We developed the scheme through to concept design stage, and then worked as client advisor for Middlesex University alongside Mauritian architects Taktik and JV partners Medine ltd. on the detailed design package.

The development provides students with the finest Higher Education facilities in the country.
