SALAMANCA STREET

This very narrow and wedge shaped site is typical of the complex urban infill sites that bpr are working on with Network Rail to deliver high quality regeneration schemes on rail property.

By responding to the context of the local park and giving respect to the adjacent arches the design provides a new rich mix of commercial and retail uses.

bpr were appointed by Blocwork, a joint venture between Network Rail and Bloc to explore how this redundant railway property could be developed to generate value that can be fed back in to support Network Rail’s operational needs.
