In collaboration with AECOM, BPR were appointed by TfL, on behalf of London Borough of Haringey.
The brief was to prepare a set of guiding principles to define the council’s aspirations for a high-quality station urban realm that connects the key strategic development sites in the area, at Apex House, Wards Corner, Stack N15 and Seven Sisters Station.
A site visit was conducted on the 19th April 2018 with TfL, LB Haringey, AECOM and bpr architects in order to assess the condition of the Seven Sisters Urban Realm.
During the process of creating the report two workshop presentations took place on the 30th April 2018 and on 25th July 2018, where three options were presented to London Overground and London Borough of Haringey. In addition, cost estimates have been prepared for each option, along with construction sequencing analysis.
