SLOUGH RAILWAY STATION

BPR are proud to be supporting the contractor, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, to 're-open' the station, 183 years after it was first constructed, following the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed booking hall, and remodelling of the platforms.

The designs provide high-quality new finishes throughout the booking hall and importantly, the proposals widen the gatelines, to cater for growing passenger numbers.

The team have also created a new concourse to the east of the station, making movement through the station more efficient and improving the passenger journey.

BPR are honoured to be involved with the refurbishment of this historic station and to be directly involved with the upgrade of buildings linked to Brunel’s original rail infrastructure.
